Bella needs a new home! in BELLAMBI, New South Wales for sale

Please help! Bella needs a new home: Approx 3.5 years old, desexed female.
She needs a home where there are no children and no other animals. I adopted Bella in Nov 2012, but she has unfortunately not settled in very well and can at times scratch and bite. As an adult, I am able to observe her behaviour and know when to leave her alone, but children aren't capable of this. Bella can be very sweet and affectionate and is healthy, microchipped and up to date with all her immunisations. She will come with a litter box, scratching pole and bowls etc.
For anyone willing to give her a trial, I will take her back if things do not work out, and pay for food and kitty litter for the first month.
I honestly believe that in the right environment without children and other animals Bella would thrive. I think she is stressed and agitated in our house because we have a dog, a 2 year old and a male cat who hangs around and has attacked her in the past. She is not a lap cat, but she will happily rub up against your legs and come and sit with you, and purr.
I do not want to surrender her to the RSPCA or any other shelter, as I have been informed that any cat showing signs of aggression with be euthanised. I am committed to finding someone who can give her another chance.
